lifestyles"? Classical sexually transmitted diseases (gonorrhea, infections with Chlamydia trachomatis, syphilis, herpes simplex infections, genital warts, pubic lice, scabies); enteric diseases (infections with Shigella species, Campylobacter jejuni, Entamoeba histolytica, Giardia lamblia, ["gay bowel disease"], Hepatitis A, B, C, D, and cytomegalovirus); trauma (related to and/or resulting in fecal incontinence, hemorroids, anal fissure, foreign bodies lodged in the rectum, rectosigmoid tears, allergic proctitis, penile edema, chemical sinusitis, inhaled nitrite burns, and sexual assault of the male patient); and the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS).[iv]

Can anyone refute that increased morbidity and mortality is an unavoidable result of male-with-male sex–not to mention the increased rates of alcoholism, drug abuse, depression, suicide and other maladies that so often accompany a homosexual lifestyle?[v] By Kathleen Melonakos, M.A., R.N. http://www.lifesite.net/ldn/2006/nov/061130a.html
The author holds the American Psychiatric Association and the American Psychological Association "criminally responsible" for their complicity in helping to create "the culture of denial about the lethalness of homosexual sex" and their "attitude of political correctness that is killing a substantial proportion of persons" engaged in active homosexuality.

She also implicate those same, highly influential organizations for allowing themselves to be influenced by gay activists to deny that many homosexual persons can indeed be helped by therapy to overcome their same-sex tendencies.

Melonakos writes, "What if doctors said, ‘We refuse to treat cancer (or, say, alcoholism) because we only achieve a 50% cure rate–and many people who don’t want to be cured find it oppressive that we do cure the others?’ Why wouldn’t the lawsuits for malpractice be filed?"

The article concludes, "What will it take to insist on truth? Lawsuits? Protests?.."
Where’s the medical bias here??
Just show me the facts from a medical viewpoint without homosexual agenda bias that refute these statements and I will read it.

OK, since "Daddy Has A Roommate" is supposed to help YOUNG children understand their family structure, why would, say, a chapter about STDs and other sexual things be appropriate? What do any of those things have to do with a young child understanding their family structure?
Should every young kid who lives with their mom get a book that explains breast cancer in detail regardless if their mom has breast cancer or not?
How about "Daddy Might Get Prostate Cancer"?
Maybe "Mommy Might Have A Little Ovarian Cyst"?
Or a book that explains heterosexual sex and sexual issues in detail, including things like sores, yeast infections, etc.?
Basically you’re suggesting that we have young children read a book that explains sexual acts, illnesses and STDs in detail. I don’t know where you’re from but where I’m from that’s actually a crime (and immoral).
Wow, I didn’t even address your blatantly obvious homophobia.

We have a new vet who insists that blood work is required every six months for prescription of this drug. I can’t find any evidence that is true looking around online, and no one else I know whose dog has been on this medication required regular bloodwork. This is a new vet, and I’m suspicious that some of their policies are geared more toward profitability than health.

Try calling around to several good vets. Not low end vets, but vets who see people who don’t flinch at costs. I bet even the people at the front desk could tell you the answer as they do the scheduling and billing.

If your pet is on any long term medication, it’s generally good to do periodic screening – especially if the drug has any side effects.

Good luck to you and I hope you find the answer you need! : )

You would need to do daily exercises for a couple of weeks. These exercises would be monitored by a doctor to make sure that you were doing them correctly.

Would you do this to end your incontinence?
Problem with the Kegels is that most women don’t do them correctly or at all. This device tracks your daily activity to ensure that you will do them.

yes if i was incontenant sure. Beats piddling yourself.

5 yrs ago when I would start wetting the bed… I’m in my late 30s. I’d soak the bed just about every single night, I finally went to a urologist who put me on Detrol LA, which worked fantastic; completely eliminated problems. But he said I had a case needing surgery. Had the surgery and it was a miracle. I quit wetting the bed TOTALLY. The bed stayed dry 100% of the time. A huge relief to be rid of an awful problem. Now, last night, I woke up and found I completely wet the bed, after 5 succesful years post-op. Dismayed, had to get up at 4am and strip and change the bed (plastic covered mattress, thank goodness), and then had to bathe, etc. Pee everywhere. What are some products/ideas/anything that will at least keep your bed dry at night? Adult diapers? Sleeping on towels? It’s a horrible feeling to wake up with the bed soaked in your own urine. How can I keep the bed and mostly myself dry if it happens again? I’d do just about anything…!

They are rather warm but the "heavier" night time adult disposable diapers would be the ticket. Anything else you have a chance of making a mess. If you urinate before bed time it will help keep the diaper from becoming overly wet. If you used the toilet before you climbed in bed that will keep your bladder from becoming too full. Then even if you wet the diaper the bed should stay dry Even adult diapers have their limit. But they can hold a great deal of liquid. If you wet they hold the liquid pretty well so you should feel pretty dry during the night. They are pretty easy to put on yourself. Sometimes it helps to put on the one tape loosely, then fasten the other side properly then readjust the first side. It just takes a bit of experimentation to get the hang of them.

Another option is adult cloth diapers and plastic pants.

They do make absorbent pads to put on top of the bottom sheet but those are really more of a backup for the diapers. Without a diaper on you are likely to wet the top sheet should you have an accident.

Silly me the helpful woman who posted below me is correct. You would need to check with the Doctor to see if the old problem returned, is there a different cause for your bed wetting, or if you need a medication again.

I’ve wet my bed enough to know that it isn’t the funnest problem in the world. They do make some lighter products to absorb urine but the diaper is the safest bet to keep your bed totally dry until you resolve the problem if you can.

When did you have to make the decision to have a second C section, or to try VBAC? What would you recommend? I’m really wanting VBAC and I have researched, and asked one question already about it. I’m just worried about a few things. I have a doctors appointment this afternoon, so I can ask him all these questions, but to hear from someone who has gone through it is better then statistics from my male doctor lol

Did you suffer stress incontinence?
How possible is it for the uterus to rupture?
Did you have a sense of achievement with a successful VBAC?
If you didn’t have a successful VBAC did it mess you up for awhile, psychologically speaking?

Any insight would be wonderful…even if you can answer only one of my questions. :) Thanks in advance!

ok… I have had 3 kids… First one c-section- 2nd vbac and then 3rd c-section… If I had to have the 3rd all over again it would NOT be c-section.. There are alot of things said about v-bac but dont confuse yourself.. I had NO complications whatsoever.. Csection is rough in the recovery department..)as you know).. Delivering a baby vagianlly is a experience every mom should have… GO FOR IT!!!B GOOD LUCK>..
P.s I only chose c-secion the 3rd time because I decided to have my tubes done!!! LOL
