I Ihad stage 1 T1 bladder cancer after 8 bcg treatments test was negative for cancer 4 months ago Iam being tested again in3 days if positive what might the treatment options be ?

If positive, the urologist will probably repeat the BCG bladder treatments again.

Someone dear to me has Cancer in her bladder. She already had a few chemo treatments last year but now thay are saying that they need to remove her bladder and still needs more treatment. Is it better to have it before or after the surgury?

My 1 year old cat just got his first bladder infection (blood in the urine, actually there was no urine, just blood) and then my 2 year old dog (Thanksgiving morning) and pooped blood all over her room. As far as cat’s go, it’s really important that cats get most of their moisture content from their food, especially those that have urinary problems… I would suggest feeding a completely canned food diet if you are debating between dry and canned food.

With whatever you describe, it looks you had hemorrhoids as well as fissure in Ano.. As you are saying that there were no complications and you are taking sitz thrice and everything is fine otherwise then I think it will take atleast another week for you to be able to resume that But I would strongly recommend you to abstain from it for another 2 weeks!!

The reason for this is as you have underwent lateral internal sphincterotomy your pelvic floor will be raw and week.. Let it gain some strenght then you can have that all throughout your life!!

Does anyone have personal experience with both goodnites and tena brand pullups?

Background: I’m male, 152 lbs and have used goodnites during the daytime with fair success. I have urge-type incontinence which translates to 2-3 ‘mild’ accidents throughout the daytime, and the goodnites have been perfect (male-incontinence shields bunch up and leak). At night, I use the Tena diapers, and have now started considering the pullups for daytime use. They are advertised as close-fitting to the body and basically undetectable (why I like the goodnites); however, I’m wondering about their performance.

Again, the goodnites have worked very well for me, however, the baby-ish designs occasionally get to me; though I’ve accepted this as part of my life (at least for now), I would like to feel abit more ‘adult.’ I have a very supportive GF, but sometimes I’m embarrassed when she sees me in the ‘baby’ diapers, less so in the adult diapers.

Any ’serious’ advice is appreciated.

She is an older woman that has a problem that has already affected some of us personally. She leaves some of the office Chairs "wet" and pretends like nothing is wrong. Someone has accidentally sat in the "wetness" several times! Not only is that unsanitary but the smell, OMG! Please Help!

This is becoming a health issue, and someone needs to speak to her about it. It could be HR, or her supervisor, or even you; but it must be done in a dignified and respectful manner.

Beyond that, she must really take the lead on being responsible enough to care for herself; and to stop being selfish in ignoring her coworkers legitimate concerns. She needs to seek medical care, wear protective pads, and use absorbent mats on the surfaces she sits on. This is not optional, for all of your health.
