   You could do Kegals, biofeedback works (look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biofeedback). I would also recommend timed voiding (void your bladder at designated times only..if you do this however, it would be best to wear a Depend)
   Urologically speaking, incontinence treatments fall under four guidelines: medication, surgery, exercises/minimally invasive treatments, and protection/containment. I believe (this from a doctor, yet always follow the opinion of your Primary Care Physician) that, if it seems like medication is not working, and you probably don’t want surgery, it will come down to protection and containment. If it comes to that stage, go on to http://www.hdis.com to purchase incontinence supplies (adult diapers or briefs are the most absorbent, but what you get depends on your leakage level)

   Also, go on http://www.simonfoundation.org. It will help you on this journey (i.e support groups, product finder, etc.)

   You have to understand that an overactive bladder has many causes….the main one is the aging of your muscles…There are a wide variety of methods to treat it if you’re interested there is a quite inexpensive and natural one here:
