Well i am suffering from urinary incontinence and wondered why doesn’t cvs, wal greens sell good incontinence products? I always wondered that. Its always depends or there store brand. I personally like abena x plus. Why can’t they sell that?

It all comes down to the almighty dollar and what sells at that store.Perhaps if you approach management and ask for a trial period of a particular product they might just order it.Stores generally have contracts with particular suppliers and order in bulk.It all comes down to what sells besides if the product only lasts so long, makes the customer come back and buy more…profit margin is all it comes down to.So good luck

  2. Alas, this question has been posed for a long time. The incontinence products made in America or sold by American companies are horrible. The only ones that work well are imported from Europe (such as Abena, Molicare, etc).

America has the two best diaper brands in the world, but neither of those companies makes a good adult product (one is out of the adult market entirely). If either of those companies were to make a product similar in form and function to their baby products, the US market would be cornered.

The best bet now is to continue to order online. Although in case you didn’t know, you can order Molicare to be picked-up at Walmart (still have to order them online, though).

    Cheers
