How do I keep my incontinence (wearing diapers) a secret at my new school?

This summer we are moving and in the fall i will start high school. I was born with nerve damage in my spine and so i can walk but im bad at sports and i can’t control my sphincters. So I have to wear a diaper all the time. I want to keep this a secret at my new school. But can I do this? Is it possible to keep a secret like this in high school?
Yes it is possible. Just don’t tell anyone. I mean it. Don’t. Once you trust that info to someone it will be spread around like wildfire.
Just don’t tell anyone and don’t change your clothes in front of anyone. It will be ok, this is something you can not help so if anyone finds out and makes fun of you, then you don’t need those types of people anyway

I sure hope people are respectful and treat you nice even if they do find out. My suggestion..wear two pairs of underwear over the diaper to prevent other’s from seeing the diaper. Get a doctors note that you should be allowed privacy when changing for gym. They do not need to know why. Go out there and do what you want. Is there anything extra tight that you can wear for gym? I know to wear extra protection when I am about to do an activity where I know I will leak (I have a herniated bladder). I try not and let my condition stop me from having fun. Jumping on a trampoline does it everytime!!!!

Yep just keep it to yourself, there’s no need for anyone to know. Not even your Girlfriend if you have or will have one, because you never know she might break up with you and to get back you for something, she could tell everyone.
