My suggestion..wear two pairs of underwear over the diaper to prevent other's from seeing the diaper. Get a doctors note that you should be allowed privacy when changing for gym. They do not need to know why. Go out there and do what you want. Is there anything extra tight that you can wear for gym? I know to wear extra protection when I am about to do an activity where I know I will leak (I have a herniated bladder). I try not and let my condition stop me from having fun.
