With whatever you describe, it looks you had hemorrhoids as well as fissure in Ano.. As you are saying that there were no complications and you are taking sitz thrice and everything is fine otherwise then I think it will take atleast another week for you to be able to resume that But I would strongly recommend you to abstain from it for another 2 weeks!! The reason for this is as you have underwent lateral internal sphincterotomy your pelvic floor will be raw and week..
