moody, incontinence, clumsy, diarrhea, thirsty, what are thses symptoms of?

a male in their 50s have shown these symptoms for over a 6 month period. they have fallen down stairs a number of times. they have a very weak bladder, constant diarrhea, always grumpy, seem to hear things. very forgetful. distant and very defensive
Is he a diabetic? If he has not seen a doctor then he needs too. If he is a diabetic his diabetes might not be under control. It sounds like his sugars are getting to high.

I was diagnosed with diabetes one year ago this month, and I had all of those symptoms. My doctor gave a Fasting 2hr. Glucose test, and my sugars were out of control. I’m on medication now, and feeling much better, but every now and then when my sugars are not so good, I get some of those same symptoms all over again.
