I was diagnosed with diabetes one year ago this month, and I had all of those symptoms. My doctor gave a Fasting 2hr. Glucose test, and my sugars were out of control. I'm on medication now, and feeling much better, but every now and then when my sugars are not so good, I get some of those same symptoms all over again.

Is he a diabetic? If he has not seen a doctor then he needs too. If he is a diabetic his diabetes might not be under control. It sounds like his sugars are getting to high.
