Could be due to nerve problems (due to diabetes, spinal chord injury etc.) or prostrate problems (Radical prostatectomy, BPH, etc.).

Herbal and homeopathic remedies provide a natural alternative to antibiotics (antibiotics kill the natural flora of your intestines) by supporting the body’s natural balance and toning the entire urinary system. Herbs such as Astragalus membranaceous and Equisetum arvense have a beneficial effect on the immune system and promote healthy bladder functioning. Homeopathic ingredients such as Calcium fluor, Nat. phos and Nat.sulph maintain the healthy functioning of the bladder, liver, pancreas and prostate. Alternative treatments such as biofeedback can also lessen incontinence.

Barometric pressure can cause a lot of changes to your body, bladder included. Every body reacts to it differently.

I'd say from what you said that it could be caused by Barometric changes as well as changes in diet. Make sure you are still drinking enough water.
If you have any painful urination see a Dr. and take some anti-biotics.
*Remember, water can help flush out any toxins..
